Individualized Training Services

Moving, and moving well, are essential to our health, longevity, and quality of life.  Everyone of all ages and activity levels can benefit from working on their mobility, strength, stability, movement quality, and conditioning.  Having a more versatile body is an effective way to increase overall enjoyment and performance in life.  

Individualized Training Services are available as part of the rehabilitation continuum and also to individuals who are looking for a way to gain an edge in their day-to-day life.  

 

What to Expect

Individualized Training Services begin with a conversation pertaining to history, current/previous program, goals, and any other pertinent information.  Physical evaluation and assessment is performed, and a program focused on addressing weak links and achieving goals is established.  Reassessment and progression occur regularly.  Sessions are 60 minutes long and can be done at the gym in your building or in your home.
